Welcome to SALVESSA.  By browsing our website or buying something from us, you're agreeing to play fair and follow a few simple guidelines but nothing scary, just the basics that help us keep things running smoothly.

Shopping with Us

We’re a UK based business offering artisan crafted jewellery made from recycled materials. When you place an order, you’re agreeing that:

• You’re providing accurate information so we can deliver your lovely new pieces of jewellery.
  

• We have the right to cancel or refund orders if something looks off or goes wrong.

Deliveries & Returns

We like to keep things simple and that includes delivery.

That’s why we offer Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2 days delivery aim) for FREE.  As easy as that.

** Delivery times are estimates but once it’s in the hands of the postman, it’s out of ours.

Privacy & Payment

We take your privacy seriously. Your personal details are handled securely and are never shared without your consent. Payments are processed safely through trusted systems like Shopify and Stripe.

Feedback & Reviews

We love hearing from you. If you leave us a review or send us feedback, we may use it (nicely!) in our marketing. If there’s ever a problem, let us know and we’ll do our best to put it right.

Updates & Changes

Sometimes we may need to update these terms. For example, if we launch something new or change how we do things. We’ll keep this page updated, so feel free to check in from time to time.
